Secretary/Treasurer Job Description

The secretary/treasurer works under direction of the President, adheres to the bylaws and established polices in the conduct of the following duties:

·         Reviews financial and organizational record
·         Reviews and approves minutes
·         Provides brief reports on financial and membership activities
·         Attends all meeting
·         Signs official documents
·         Takes certain actions as required in the bylaws
·         Assists in program/educational planning with the officers
·         Works with administrative office to accomplish goals and tasks
·         Communicates frequently with staff, officers and committees
